Where are you located?
Joy Box Bakery is a home-based micro bakery in Rochester, NH
Where do you deliver?
We offer Friday deliveries to Rochester, Somersworth, Dover, Center Strafford, Barrington, Milton, and Farmington, NH. Please ask us about deliveries to Portsmouth.
How do I order?
New weekly cookie offerings are posted on Saturday. Look on our menu page to make your selections. Orders close at Noon on Wednedays.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, A minimum order of $20 is required
When can I order?
Orders will open on Saturdays and close at 5 pm on Wednesdays.
Why can't I change my order or add to it?
The item has probably sold out. Please reach out to us at info@joyboxbakery.com if you need assistance with changing an order
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after 5 pm on Tuesday
How will my cookies arrive?
Currently we package cookies in sets of 4 and up. They will be individually wrapped, placed in a box and delivered in a handled bag and hung from your front door
Can I place a special request for my delivery?
Yes, if you need something outside of our posted method of delivery, please contact us directly at info@joyboxbakery.com. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, or inside apartment buildings at this time
What if I live outside the posted delivery area?

I want to place a corporate order. Do you offer delivery outside the Friday delivery day?
Yes, we are available for catering, pop-ups, events, parties, and corporate orders outside the weekly delivery day. Please contact us directly at info@joyboxbakery.com
Why am I not receiving your newsletter?
If you signed up for our weekly updates, please check to make sure that our emails are not going to your spam folder
How should I care for my cookies?
The best cookie is a fresh cookie. That is why each cookie comes individually wrapped to preserve freshness. Cookies are always better when warm. You will receive reheating instructions with every delivery. We recommend heating in a 350 degree oven for 3 minutes. Microwaving for 10 seconds is possible, but not as good for quality as using an oven.
How can I pay for my cookies?
When placing your order, you will have several options for payment. We accept debit, credit and paypal for payment
Do you offer refunds?
We do not. Please contact us immediately at info@joyboxbakery.com concerning any issue with your order. We will do everything we can to provide a replacement and make things right. Please be sure to read allergen postings on each cookie before ordering if you have any food allergies. Our kitchen is NOT peanut free or gluten free.
